arrange for payment.
Upon receipt of this form, we will verify that space is available
for the course(s) you have selected. Once your registration is
confirmed, we will send you a Welcome Packet with directions
and housing/hotel information. Please do not make nonrefundable
travel plans before your registration is confirmed.
Registration requires a deposit of $500 per selection with the balance due 60 days before the start of each course. If you register for a 2-course package, the balance due for both courses in the package will be charged 60 days before the start of the first course. (For example, if you register for a 2-course package that has a fee of $2,900, we will charge a $500 deposit when you register and the remaining $2,400 balance 60 days before the first course begins.) If you register for a course but space is no longer available in that course, we will refund your deposit or apply it to another course.
Students with CCRT and CCRA certification are eligible
for a 10% discount on most CRI Continuing Education courses. The
discount will be applied during the checkout process.
