Snowmass Village, Colorado

is provided to assist you with making your travel
arrangements. You may wish to consult other online
resources (Expedia, Travelocity, Kayak, etc.) to
research area hotels and compare rates. Please
do not make any non-refundable travel plans until
your course registration has been confirmed.
We would like to
remind our international students that
it is their responsibility to obtain the documents
required for travel to the United States.
This process has slowed down considerably
since 9/11, so check waiting times and plan
ahead! In additional to a valid passport,
residents from countries that are not exempt
from a visa requirement will need to apply
for a Business Visitor Visa (B-1). For up-to-date
information, check with the U.S. Consulate
in your country, or go to the U.S.

Our summer 2012 courses will
be held at the Snowmass
Mountain Chalet in Snowmass
Village, Colorado. Hotel accommodations
are available in the same building.

 CRI has secured discounted
room rates for the
nights of Wednesday, July 25 through Tuesday, July
31, 2012.
Our
group rates
are $79 per night for a standard room and $87 per
night for a deluxe room, for single or double occupancy. Fees
for additional guests are $20 per person per night
for adults and $10 per person per night for children
ages 3 to 12. Children ages 2 and younger are complimentary.
Please
note that all rooms have the same décor
and amenities. Deluxe rooms are located poolside
or slopeside, and standard rooms are located
parking lot side with no view.
To reserve a room, please call Reservations directly
at 800-843-1579. You must mention that you are part of the "CRI Summer
Clinic"
to receive this discounted room rate.
All reservations must be received no later than
July 10, 2012. After that date, rooms will
be offered on a space available basis, up until the day of arrival.
The Snowmass Mountain Chalet is
located on the slopes of the Snowmass ski area, in
between Base Village and the Snowmass Village Mall.
Amenities include a complimentary
hot breakfast. a heated swimming pool, hot tub,
onsite laundry facility, lounge area with fireplace,
complimentary computer and high-speed wireless internet.
Housekeeping is offered daily. All rooms are non-smoking
The
Snowmass Mountain Chalet has a complimentary Aspen
airport shuttle. Guests should call the hotel
from the courtesy phone in the baggage area upon
arrival.
The Snowmass Mountain Chalet accepts pets. The charge
for pets is $10 per day.
 Snowmass Village is a charming, pedestrian-friendly
town, located nine miles from Aspen. The
25-square-mile town includes over 40 miles of
hiking and biking trails and offers one of the
best summer resort music scenes in the state.
In addition to hiking and mountain biking, visitors
to the area can enjoy horseback riding, golf,
disc golf, paragliding, hot air ballooning, and
fly fishing.
Airport / Ground Transportation
There are several airports within a few hours of
Snowmass Village.
Aspen's
Sardy Field (ASE),
located just three miles from Aspen and eight miles
from Snowmass Village, is the most conveniently
located ski resort airport in the world. Up to
200 flights per week offer reliable, same-day connections
from points across the globe. The
Snowmass Mountain Chalet has a complimentary Aspen
airport shuttle. Guests should call the hotel
from the courtesy phone in the baggage area upon arrival. Aspen Airport
is currently serviced by United Express, Frontier Airlines,
and Delta Connection.
Denver
International Airport (DEN) is
a scenic three-and-a-half hour drive from Snowmass
Village. Bus service, airport limousine service,
and non-stop shuttle service from Eagle County
Airport to Snowmass Village are available from
Gray Line at www.ridegrayline.com or
877-277-3690 or (970) 544-2057. Door to door shared
ride shuttles and private car services from Eagle
County Regional Airport are available from Colorado
Mountain Express.
Eagle
County Regional Airport (EGE) is located
70 miles from Aspen/Snowmass/Vail. Serviced by
four airlines with nonstop connecting flights from
12 cities during the winter, and connecting service
from cities throughout North America and the world.
Bus service, airport limousine service, and non-stop
shuttle service from Eagle County Airport to Snowmass
Village are available from Gray Line at www.ridegrayline.com or
877-277-3690 or (970) 544-2057. Door to door shared
ride shuttles and private car services from Eagle
County Regional Airport are available from Colorado
Mountain Express.
Grand
Junction's Walker Field (GJT) is only
a two-hour drive from Snowmass Village (125 miles).
American Airlines, Delta, US Airways, and United
offer a weatherproof alternative to flying directly
into the mountains from five cities. Weekend charters
from California and Florida. Door to door shared
ride shuttles and private car services from Eagle
County Regional Airport are available from Colorado
Mountain Express.
Colorado
Springs Airport (COS) is
270 miles from Aspen/Snowmass and is serviced by
eight airlines.
Ground Transportation
The Snowmass Mountain Chalet
offers a complimentary
Aspen airport shuttle. Guests

the baggage area upon arrival.
