Course Description
This 2-day course will focus on how ultrasound can make musculoskeletal diagnoses more precisely, accurately, and efficiently and how findings can be applied clinically. This will enable a more targeted treatment approach for patients suffering from soft tissue injuries such as Stifle and Iliopsoas injuries. The course will include lectures, cadaver labs, injection techniques, and hands-on experience with ultrasound.
Prerequisites:
This course is open to veterinarians only. Attendees must have attended Introduction to Diagnostic Musculoskeletal Ultrasound.
RACE Approved for 15 Credit hours by the AAVSB
Note: The last day of class ends early to allow students the opportunity to return home that evening. Students who do not attend a full day of course will not the full CE credit hours for that day. Do not make airline reservations that require you to depart class before 3:00 P.M.
