Job Title: Rehabilitation Technician/Therapist/Practice Manager
Full-Time or Part-Time: Full Time or Part Time available
Employer: Back in Motion Veterinary Services
Location: Mansfield, TX, USA
I am a veterinarian certified in acupuncture, chiropractic, and rehabilitation. I am seeking an LVT, DC, PT, or experienced vet tech who is already certified or interested in certification in CCRT, CCRVN/CCRA, CCRP, CCAT, or similar programs. I’m ideally looking for someone interested in running the rehab department and managing the practice.
Job Details: Our veterinary clinic only sees patients for pain management and mobility—no vaccines or emergencies. We LOVE our clients, and we do not tolerate anyone bringing negativity into the workplace (clients and employees alike).
Day to day: you’ll primarily evaluate dogs, but we also see horses and livestock. We are focusing on MOTION. We work on dogs that can’t walk to performance dogs. You’ll need to *eventually* recognize which exercises are needed to reach the end goal. Everyone’s goal is different, so there’s no protocol here. You have to use your brain. We have a team approach; you will have complete freedom to ask for a second opinion, and we will have case rounds frequently. The position can be molded to your credentials. Your patients will have access to:
- Underwater treadmill
- rehabilitation gym
- In-house X-rays
- In-house PRP/joint injections
- Acupuncture/Chiropractic/Laser
- Shockwave
